Merch Dog was a seed planted almost a year before its official launch.
In collaboration with my boss, Cam Shafer, we had a shared vision of what Merch Dog could be. Cam was the Founder and President of OTO Supply Company, a merchandise screen-printing and embroidery company I have now been working with for four years. "OTO" was getting old and it was time for a change.
Cam handled the transition of dissolving OTO Supply Co. and launching Merch Dog as an entirely new LLC, while maintaining the same business plan and loyal customer base.
I took charge of the complete visual re-design, starting from scratch, developing the concept of Cam's beloved dog, Moose, to be the face of the new Merch Dog brand. I rolled up my sleeves and got to work.
